LIABILITIES: The following statement is made in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied. The user of any product manufactured or sold by Rod 'n Race Fiberglass is solely responsible for determining the suitability of the product for the intended use. The user is therefore responsible for all risks and liabilities related to the use said products. All products manufactured and/or sold by Rod 'n Race Fiberglass should be properly installed by a certified technician with a background in fiberglass technology. Rod 'n Race Fiberglass recommends the use of properly designed installation hardware, such as positive locking hood pins, etc., for all hoods using factory hinges and hinge plates bonded into the inner structure of the fiberglass hood.

ORDERING: Please order using Rod 'n Race part numbers. Orders can be placed by FAX (304.258.0675), Phone (888.763.6452 or 304.258.0676), in person at our factory, or online at www.rodnrace.com. Business hours are 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but with prior notification we can be available for parts pickup.

PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and AMEX via phone and online. We also accept Money Orders, Business, and Personnel Checks. For parts that are to be shipped, full payment is required before parts are manufactured. For parts that are to be picked up at the factory, a 50% deposit is required. Cash is accepted only at the factory.

PRICING: Most parts are priced per item. Some part numbers are identified as pairs or sets. West Virginia residents, without a resale tax number, must add 6% state sales tax.

CANCELLATION: We don’t keep anything in inventory. All parts are produced for you based on your specifications. Cancellation of an order before it is produced is okay; however, once an order has been started, cancellations are subject to a 33% charge. NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds are issued within a 90 day period. Once your part has been crated or boxed, it is considered complete and refund amount is subject to approval of Rod 'n Race management. If you cancel a part during production, there is a one time per customer limit due to financial risk to Rod 'n Race.

RETURNS: Authorization for return of a part must be established by the management of Rod 'n Race within 30 days of the receipt of the part. A part that has been authorized for return MUST be sent pre-paid by the sender. PARTS SENT COD WILL BE REFUSED. Unmodified parts will be credited less 33% restocking charge (or 1/3 of the price of the item or items). Modified parts (parts with holes drilled, for example) will be credited less 50%. Returns will only be authorized to the original purchaser.
